Shortbread cookies are so simply made with butter, sugar, vanilla, egg and flour but the flavor is so wonderful and the texture is perfectly crisp yet delicate. All butter shortbread with just a touch of pure vanilla is my favorite. I really have to be careful, because they are bite-size, it's easy to eat more than I need. We are working now on improving our line of shortbread cookies, we offer 4 flavors now, Original Butter, Cinnamon & Sugar, Belgian Chocolate and mini-Chocolate chip. We hope to be able to offer different shapes by this summer, a star, square and maybe a fluted square.

Buttery Rich Shortbread Cookies
Shortbread cookies are so simply made with butter, sugar, vanilla, egg and flour but the flavor is so wonderful and the texture is perfectly crisp yet delicate.
